Your character has two relic slots, which you can use to customize your stats to suit your requirements. As it is now labeled a mission item you may only have one Matrix Cube at a time and to make a new one you much first disassemble the one you have.

 

The color crystals you use in constructing your relics will determine the stats of the finished relic. The order you place the shards does not matter in the construction of the cube. The Matrix shards come in the following Colors: Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green.

 

BUILDING RELICS:

Relics can be disassembled, which require you to have a [Reconfigured Disassembler Core] (8,000 credits) in your inventory. You will not lose your Matrix Shards when you disassemble your cube.

Imperials can find a Jawa in Mos Ila named Pitkth who sells them. (626, 2788)

Republics can find a Jawa named Kitpth north of Anchorhead by the Sandcrawler (2127, 438).

 

Republic Matrix Assembly - In an any-access phase just inside the Jedi Temple Ruins on Coruscant.

Imperial Matrix Assembly - In an any-access phase near the Sith Temple on Dromund Kaas.

on the topic of datacrons, does anyone have a nice guide for finding them all?

I did check there as well, a lot of those are unconfirmed or outdated. I will help out to update that site as well but I was collecting information on Datacrons and Matrix Cubes for my guild site and was stunned at how much was outdated on about every site I went to. And I believe my list is the only one I saw with the actual names for the items themselves.

So if you see someone with a Cube you can check the name here for the shards you need.

I assume it is one of the undiscovered or unlisted ones at Voss, Corellia, or Ilum. I haven't seen that one listed either.

3rd red shard is on Ilum above the republic base in a little tent.

Recorded spawn points for Rakata Cubes are: (-2711, 888), (-2789, 956), (-606, 746),probably other spawn points though as well.

Yes but where can I get 3 blue? 1 hutta 1 tatooine and the only other one I find is tython which I cannot go to as imperial?

I updated the second post with the Matrix Shard planet locations. The ones on Corellia and Ilum I do not know if they are both open to Rep and Imp or if there are couple more Datacrons out there.

This is just to show what planets that they are located on since there are numerous other guides out there pointing to the actual locations. If enough people want me to post short directions to them though I would be willing to.

Yes I noticed that as well, hopefully they will fix it soon. I have above on what you get right now though, when they fix it I will swap them around.

You don't need a group to get 4 energy cubes, one person can find and loot all 4. The Rakata Energy Cubes can be found all around The Scar. Keep your eyes open and you'll find them in the snow.

Have you actually found any Rakata Energy Cubes? I just spent an hour in the Scar looking throughout the snow and couldn't find any. Also, I can't figure out how to get to the other locations posted because they are off the map, but they are the most commonly posted locations.

A few guildmates were looking around The Scar for hours today, as well as a few others looking at the locations mentioned in every possible post/website for these things and nothing.

 

The spawn rate of these things are absolutely retarded.

 

I've been looking for 2 days now without success, and today I enlisted the help of 7 other guildies and still nothing.

 

I really hate this datacron. Last green one I need for my relic

anyone know how to get the yellow shard on nar shaddaa?? ive looked all over the place. the guide i was using, is actually off.
