I run raids. We have established systems in place to decide who gets loot over other people. YOU and your game do not know better than me and my guild who needs to get the loot.

Also I forgot to add that BW should be sorry that instead of just you and your officers getting loot first, the new recruits have a chance to get gear. So very sorry that you NEED to get loot first and others who show up and help you down bosses get nothing.

All replies so far, both trolling and not, are irrelevant. If it works in hard mode then obviously the OP was not talking about hard mode.

 

Regardless of its status in Hard Mode, there is no way other than bioware prescribed round robin way to distribute loot in normal raids.

We have a few players who actually need the gear getting things they wont use due to already having better slotted, and people who need nothing or little getting gear and tokens that end up going to companions and the vendor.

 

I give my +1 to fixing/changing this, seeing one of our raiders who has next to nothing get crap, while i get assigned tokens that they could use but i would not is unfair.
