Thermal Sensor Override / Reserve Powercell ability actual cooldown is wrong

I havent seen that addressed a lot on these forums, but its confirmed by a lot of people Ive been playing with.

 

Since Thermal Sensor Override ( or pubside Reserve Powercell ) abilities got the charge-like style animation, their cooldown got bugged .

 

At level 75, its supposed to be 1min30 at 0 alacrity, the exact same as Vent Heat / Recharge Cells. Its also what is written on the tooltip.

 

In reality, its lasting 2 minutes ( which was its value at level 70 with no alacrity ...)

 

Level 75, with 0 alacrity and no utilities selected

If you add alacrity, the tooltip changes correctly to the shorten cooldown, but the actual duration is still 2 minutes.

 

Level 75, with 15% alacrity and no utilities selected . Duration is supposed to be 1m18s tooltip value, but its 2 min.

Please fix, the difference its making is huge !!!

 

PS : can we please have the option to have the numeral / written cooldown on the charge-like abilities as well (instead of the vague clock-like animation .... ) ?? Pretty please ???? :D

Bump. Please Fix. Its been 4 freaking months since its bugged .

 

Its a pain on heat management, and Im sure its super easy to fix. Just link the damn actual cooldown to his tooltip value.

 

Come on, give mercs and mando a little love here.

 

Tbh this is pissing me off so much, i dont even look at my IO merc . Yes, you can go around it, but more than 30 sec difference is huge for a spec that rely on TSO for energy management as part of their actual rotation.

After a year,and even after the recent 'fix' to the cooldown texts,Thermal Sensor Override and Reserve Powercell are still bugged for all Bounty Hunter and Trooper classes/specs. The ability's tooltip correctly shows the correct cooldown (affected by alacrity, talents,etc.) but the real cooldown is still 2:00 minutes (base value).

 

For InnovativeOrdnance/Assault Specialist/Advanced Prototype/Tactics the cooldown is supposed to be 1:30 (by default with no alacrity) but it's actually 2:00 minutes

 

For Arsenal/Gunnery/Bodyguard/CombatMedic/Plasmatech/Pyrotech/ShieldTech/ShieldSpecialist the base value is 2:00 minutes,but -as for the other specs- the real cooldown is not affected by alacrity (e.g.:Arsenal with 15.4% alacrity (1.3s gcd) should have thermal sensor Override on a 1:44 minute cooldown,but it's still on a 2:00 minutes cooldown.

 

Can you please look into this and finally fix it?
