Polimeris Posted February 12, 2012 Share Posted February 12, 2012 You definitely wish to have some gear to start hm flashpoints. Mainly because of enrage timers of nearly every boss. But you should also know that flashpoints have various difficulties. Taral V is allegedly the easiest. False emperor isn't very difficult too. The battle of Ilum and Directive 7 are definitely harder. You don't need to farm normal mode though. That actually sounds like a terrible idea. Do them one or two times to be familiar with the mechanincs and that's enough. PvP gear can be somewhat easy to get and is quite efficient for pve. And dont do heroics if you're not geared and if you dont know how to play your class. Running normal mode flashpoint OF YOUR LEVEL when leveling would teach you how to play your class. No they're not. None of the HM FPs are in any way "hard" despite what the name suggests. To OP: the biggest thing is knowing your class and having level 47+ gear.
