Armor mods on PvP gear?

Was wondering, does anyone know if Bioware plans to add armor mods to PvP gear?

Reason I ask is because it would be spiffy if we could strip mods off PvP gear and put them on other modable gear so that we all don't look the same in PvP, and so that we can take advantage of some of the really cool modable armor sets out there (e.g. Dread Marauder). As it stands, armor/expertise is inherent to PvP gear and can't be removed.

They said at one point they would allow us to take the armor mod out simply because everyone HATES the way the pvp gear looks.

No idea when
Harbinger PvE server (because prophecy of the five pvp server died )

Characters
Xostean 65 Guardian
Gregory-IRL 65 Scoundrel

Bioware has already said they are planning to do exactly what you said in a future update. See here:

I'm guessing this will come in Patch 1.2 but this is just my pure speculation.
