I'm trying to get schematics for level 56 mods by buying the mods from the vendor and dismantling them. However, I found that I only have a chance of getting schematics from the initiative enhancement. Am I missing something? Before I stopped playing, I could get schematics for any mod schematic from my cybertech. I don't think I could even learn enhancement schematics before. Or I just never tried.
