i dono whats wrong but i never get any op[ptions to chose solo or any others mode for flashpoints . i talk to the npc they just talk and give me the quest . am a subscriber do i need to buy a expansion or do i have something turned off ?

how do i get in a solo flashpoint ?

i have the forge alliance quest of my main but i still dont get an options to change modes . same with all my alts . help plz
