Apologies if this is a duplicate or otherwise already known or I just misunderstand how the patrol mission works. I couldn't find this reported anywhere after a quick search.

Apparently not all the daily missions counted towards the patrol daily as I was doing dailies a short while ago, but they did all count towards my weekly mission. Sorry I did not notice this was happening until I realized my count on the weekly was 8/10 and did not record which missions did not register for the patrol.

I picked up [Daily] Patrol Onderon again today (after completing it yesterday) and it was already showing 5/6 missions complete as soon as I took it. I then did the Cleaning the Streets mission and the patrol mission completed.

Also in [Daily] Cleaning the Streets, the 2nd target (Seema) was under the floor. Fortunately good ole Blizz could target her no problemo and took her down while I sipped my tang.
