New Armor, or Armor we don't have on Live that we'd like to test. Tech Fragments do not transfer with characters. There are no vendors on Odessen anymore like previous PTS Testing.

 

Short of transferring characters over and over with gear to disintegrate for tech fragments, which would take hours, I'm not seeing a way to acquire the gear for testing?

On Odessen base there is a npc which sells new Dxun sets and some random armorings/mods/enhancements for 1 credit. I did not try to desintegrate those, but probably you might be able to get tech fragments this way, if you transfer a character with plenty of credits to buy sets on fleet form vendor. However I found no way to get "old" Dxun sets that drop there in sm/hm, so those cannot be tested unless you have them already on the character that you can copy.

Found it. Thanks. I guess only way is to just buy stuff from that vendor and disintegrate it. Faster than copying characters but will still take a while.
