Where do i go to start chapter 3, I made a lvl 60 commando (65 now), and they just took away chapter 3 in the patch, so i need to complete it, but don't know where to start.

They "took it away" because it was a bug which people were exploiting. You were never supposed to have gotten any chapter completed at all with a lvl 60 token. With a lvl 60 token you have access to the Knights of the Fallen Empire storyline, which ends all storylines and companion conversations. Having the companions unlocked is also a bug since you didn't do the quests from conversations, so expect them to remove the unlocked companion bonuses eventually IF they ever get around to fix that too as they fixed with the Heroic abilities.

To unlock the Heroic ability, the only way is by leveling a character from lvl 1.
