So I wanted to see if an XP Boost item multiplier would stack with the current 200% XP boost event going on, so I killed a mob without the buff, then used the item and killed the same mob. I actually got LESS XP killing it WITH the boost! Is this some kind of error? Is there a way to cancel the boost buff? Because it lasts 3 hours and I'd rather have 200% than 25% during that time. Has anyone else ran into this and have a solution or just a confirmation that I'm not crazy? Thank you!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
karimthejedi Posted September 27, 2020 Share Posted September 27, 2020 You probably just leveled up and therefore the XP gained from a lower level mob is no longer the same, and is naturally lower. Trust me on this; I've been using the XP boost during the double XP period and have seen the proper and accurate increases promised.
