It is impossible to complete the hk 51 collect them all questline because of one freaking quest called the foundry which you can only do on the imp side. I made the mistake of claiming one of the mailable parts because I did not know you could mail it and now I have to level another character to get that part again because you can't mail the loyalty chip to other toons FYI it is the last part I needed for my republic character. If I could I would totally spend real money to get these parts so I don't have to do this annoying scavenger.

All you have to do here is to repeat the Foundry FP. At least you didn't open the piece from the Dark Temple. That would be a pain.
