OfficerStampe Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 I just returned to the game yesterday, and I noticed that in the recent patch Madness got some DoT protection through Devour, does this mean that Madness is now a viable DPS spec choice? which of the AC's would be the best choice to play madness with now? TheReapersAP Posted January 14, 2014 Share Posted January 14, 2014 I haven't leveled a sin (mine is currently lv 14) all the way up, but I LOVE my sorc. Right now I have him as a healer, but when I switch to dps, I love the madness tree. When it comes to fps/ops/other pve stuff, sorc madness is sweet. XNimrodX Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 I sorc heal in pvp most of the time but since the patch I've been spending a lot of time in the madness tree. Madness has become a scoundrel/operatives worst nightmare. They can no longer just stealth out and find a save spot to heal up without the madness dot pulling them out of stealth if Death field is applied. I've seen madness Socs do anywhere from 800k to 1.5mil damage in a normal match on my server. BUT, we still die fairly quickly if we do not use our defensive abilities quick and efficiently.
