I'm just beginning the adventure of SWTOR, and immediately at the beginning I have a problem :/

The game at a time randomly crashes me to the desktop with no error message

Every more or less at 10 ~ 30 min A na warzones to za każdym razem ląduje na pulpit :/

I have 16 gig ram,intel core i5 3,40 ghz, grfika geforce 650 Ti,

Latest drivers and Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit witch all updates.

I would be very grateful for your help because now I'm not able to play and my subscription is wasted

I had the same problem, although i did have an error message (4001)

For me the solution was to turn off my modem firewall as i already had the windows firewall.

You should only use one firewall and one av and also add exceptions for swtor.exe and launcher.exe.

What could also help to change swtor.exe and launcher.exe in administatror mode and win 7 compatibility mode.

If none of this helpes you can reset your router/modem.

Hope this helps. I know it sucks getting trown out of the game so much.

I realize I post this suggestion a lot but have found it helpful for a number of people.

if you haven't already you could try these steps -

DirectX June 2010 redist

and, Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable if you don't already have it.

also, .net framework too.

running the game with admin privileges is a good idea however as you already have windows 7 there is really no need to run in compatibility mode.

also, check the 'event viewer' (administrative tools/event viewer) to see if there is an error message associated with the game crashing. it might help in finding the problem.
