When on the mission for the Macrobinocular quest chain "A Spy's Secret" when you use the teleport to go into the "Shroud Safehouse" your character becomes invisible.

All you can see is their weapon floating around. In order to fix the issue you have to teleport back to the Vault, then back to the safehouse.
