Kiyoko- Posted May 27, 2012 Share Posted May 27, 2012 I am reading conflicting posts about this. The Dirty Fighting talent Open Wound increases the duration of Vital Shot by 3 seconds. Is that extra tick an increase in total damage, or is it just the same old total damage spread out longer? I've seen both sides accused of being a myth.
