In the "UI" section of the Known Issues thread/sticky, the following is not true in my experience:

•If players log out with quickbars unlocked, the quickbar lock icon will incorrectly appear to be locked upon logging back in.

Workaround: Players can lock and then unlock their quickbars for the icon to appear correctly.

I have had this bug (and reported a few times) for a long time. I experience this issue even when I KNOW I logged out with the quickslots LOCKED.

This has been a fairly continual issue where I will rarely have my quickslots UNLOCKED when I log out. And even though my quickslots are locked when I log out, they are more often than not UNLOCKED when I log back in...and show as locked when looking at the padlock indicator.
