I'm not level 50 yet but I hit 400 armortech yesterday. Where do you find the level 400 schematics? I have a couple modifiable pieces I can craft, but looking on torhead there are a lot of epics that we can craft.

Craft a green, then Reverse Engineer it, and there's a chance to get one of 3 blue schematics (different prefixes), then you craft that, RE it, and there's a chance to get one of 5 different purple prefixes. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=45866 is a good place to look.

The trainer didn't give me anything new at 400, I have 0 level 50 items to craft. Are you saying I can reverse engineer a level 47 and learn the epic version to make it a level 50? Or did you not understand the post? Edited December 27, 2011 by -PiP-

Well, i'm posting as a 400 Armstech, and as i'm looking right now in game, i have 4 level 50 green blasters i can make, and 7 orange level 48 ones (level would change with mods of course). The green ones are kinda spread out in between the orange ones though, i didn't notice them at first.

I've done it with other items so I know how RE works. I can craft several artifact quality low level gear, but I don't even have a base to start with for level 50. I didn't get a single level 50 green to craft.
