Squelch does no activate on 15 sec cd remaining to full after the patch, you need to wait 2 more sec for it to pop (13 sec now in pvp and pve) when you have 2 dots on the target.

Also Shadow stride does not reset the squelch when it is under cd.

And buff serenity/hatred, it lucks dmg.
