Flashpoints, Operations, heroic quests, and any other non-class story quests give social points during dialogue. So, if you want to solo your soloable quests, you can still have someone tag along for the conversations to give ya 2-4 social points per line of dialogue and then disband to go about your business alone. You can also repeat the flashpoints forever. Social points are the grindiest system in the game imo, and have very little return for the effort. The whole point is to give an incentive to group with people to do quests. Best way to "farm" is to do quests with 4 people if you can as that will give you more points per conversation. But as a straight answer, no. FP's and heroics are your best bet unless you're leveling with someone.
