However add a new utility for those who don't like, or don't seem to know how to use them properly. The utility gives the move set that replaced those previously with what we have currently, but it does 30% less damage than the original channeled abilities. Anyone cared about min-maxing will always opt-in to it, which basically means the select classes with these options are short one utility point.
