While playing on my post-KotET Sith Assasin, I got the Ashara companion back from an Alliance Alert Mission. I noticed that if you use the Commander's Holotable (not sure the exact name of this item) to get companions back after you got them back from an alliance alert, it somehow doubles the companion as if they are two different companions (what happened to my Ashara, which is now doubled).

1. You shouldn't be *able* to use the terminal after the companion has returned.

 

2. They *are* different companions. Some of them even have different names or different weapons.

Then I'd assume there's a problem with the terminal, since it was not registering that they were already returned, resulting in me having two "different" Ashara companions, one of them appearing in the Alliance window, and one in the Class Story. I'm 90% sure this is a bug.

I checked, the issue is actually with the Commander's Companions Terminal. It does not realize when you already got a companion back via Alliance Alert from what I can see.
