I've not been doing ops that long but today we got through this dxun op on story mode and we defeated the Apex Vanguard but the mission did not update. It hung on "Defeat Apex Vanguard" and nothing happened so we all just exit area after it was defeated. We got the achievement for defeating it. Is this normal?
