I logged on this morning hoping to do the Gree event only to find my character moving very slow (Walk is NOT toggled on, if I turn it on, it just gets worse).

Basically my character (I tried logging on another character and it persists on all) has moon physics. I jump slow, I move slow, even on a Mount. Yet as I observe everyone else they move along just fine.

I took a video showing this on my ship, using rocket boots and toggling run/walk.

Let me emphasize: This is NOT a LAG NOR FPS ISSUE

As I was converting the video I messed up synching the audio, so while it the audio sounds wrong, it's actually fine in game.

What I've tried:

Dying

/stuck

Quicktravel

Fleet Pass

Entering PvP

Group Finder Flashpoint

New area

Entering Space Combat

Restarting the game

Alt + F4

Repairing the Game

Repairing again (multiple times)

Restarting PC

Repairing after restarting PC

Deleting my Localapp>swtor>settings folder content

Reinstalling latest Graphic card drivers.

Trying older Graphic card drivers

Googling the issue and found multiple instances describing what is happening to me with fixes I've already tried and didn't work.

Look at the time it takes for the jump animation, and my runing speed as well with Rocket boots. At the end look at how slow my character moves dancing.
