This is a very useful engage and it feels far to late come by at its level 59 learn level. I don't know about you guys, but i feel like it should be learned at an earlier level and actually wouldn't complain if it was baseline and they either put a new ability in the 59 slot or replaced it with something that is less useful overall but still just as powerful

Seconded, but honestly I doubt Bioware will ever change this. People have been complaining about this since it was put at this level and Bioware hasn't given a **** about it
