So I have an issue with the isotope stabilizers the description of where found on both is identical except for war zones......the drop rate of the tier 2 refined isotope stabilizer in story mode flashpoints is non-existent, BUT the tier 3 processed isotope stabilizer drops all the time..... not sure what the intent is on the drop rate is for the refined (tier 2), but I only see it in story operations. I would suggest you read the descriptions of the two and look at the drop rate before the price in GTN gets OMG. Thank you.

Refined isotope stabilizers (grade 2) can be bought for 12 blue jawa scraps from jawa scrap vendors on the fleet. I did not see them drop anywhere, but I have enough blue scraps from deconstruction of gear that I would not farm them anyway and would just buy them.

There are three types of isotope stabalizers in game. Exotic and Refined are the old stabalizers and are now only available via jawa junk or GTN. The retire the previous one when we get a new one. The tooltips are not updated.
