Then Power>crit>alacrity in that relative order. I'm sure people can elaborate more specifically, but this my general blueprint for my operative. I like the healing I get and the dot spread. plus the many debuffs I can place. on WZ I pull nearly around 3 million damage so far per zone but might be the waves of new pvper. on pve I find myself always around 50% energy... For pve purposes you want 110%, for pvp 105%(and depending on your build even less), after that it would depend on class/spec. I guess in a few days theorycrafters will post some guides.
