Acaulescent Posted December 16, 2011 Share Posted December 16, 2011 Well, what happens is, when you select your companion to craft something, they'll be crafting it on a workbench in your ship. You don't craft anything yourself, your companions do all the dirty work for you and you can see them working as well if you're on your ship.
