Each time I try to leave a planet, any planet, either by shuttle, personal ship or fleet pass, I crash. Pressing space to skip cut scenes or not. None of my characters can go anywhere. Each is stuck on the planet they are on. I've tried repairing files, deleting my configs, safemode, admin stuff, nothing. It wasn't until this recent patch I had issues. It started off just every so often, and now its to the point I cant do anything. What gives?

Before you post it, please remove your PC Name from the DxDiag.

Go to Start menu:

Hi hngonzalez,

Thank you for posting your DxDiag. When I looked through your DxDiag, your drivers are updated but they seem to be a Beta version or from a third party source. If you can I would advise that you go to the NVIDIA wesite and update to the latest version from there.

Also, you should check that you have the latest Windows Updates installed for your operating system, including optional updates such as .NET Framework and Visual C++ features.

Let me know if this helps.

Hi hngonzalez,

Thank you for sending in that report. We can see that the Fault Module Name is: nvd3dum.dll. This belongs to NVIDIA Windows Vista WDDM driver from NVIDIA Corporation. We feel this is the reason you are experiencing this issue. Other users have experienced similar issues and one particular user mentioned his solution here.

I hope you will have your issue resolved following this.

Thanks.
