If I have a Madness Sage and I get the loot box for the Ossus weekly, is the gear determined when I complete the mission, select the type of crate, or when I open the actual crate? I was thinking I would just start storing these crates in my inventory for awhile and when I have several I can switch to Seer and get Healing gear for when I swap specs.
