YOu can RE everything just only certain things say you have a 20% chance to learn it. If you re your BM implant you will just get mats with 0% chance of learning a schem. berelor Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 Has anyone with Bicohem bought a War Hero Implant yet that can verify what is seen when you try to RE one? I was hoping someone has and can give us the answer. I am assuming it isn't learn-able, as that would be a way to bypass spending commendations to get the item.
