I have had an account issues for over 2 weeks and trying to resolve. They tell me for them to assist me I have to give them a call. They give me a link for phone number to call, and no matter what time of day I call it says no one is available and to go to EA.com/help for more ways to contact them. Follow the white rabbit down the hole and leads be back to the same ##%%%%$$% place. Beyond frustrated at this point. Loved this game and wanting to get back into it and play and subscribed but beginning to decide it's not worth my time or money.

When you call, does it say "no one is available; please hold" or is there simply no answer?

These are the numbers, I have never experienced that they didnt take the call and I always solved the issue with them. Just keep in mind the timezones, its best to call US.
