DarthDymond Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 (edited) They're Shroud Surveillance Droids, you can find them around on all the planets. Once you get the Macro-binoculars quest chain on Makeb (or from the Fleet at level 52ish) you can find and scan those droids for an extra Achievement on each planet.
