My server does not do this game justice and there are atleast another 30-40 servers in the same boat. Transfers are not a fix, if you spread the population out evenly you would have 100 low population servers. At this point atleast 30-40 servers need to be closed and the entire population needs to be relocated. Please take the bottom 40 servers and merge them into 10 new ones.
