I use to run a sage healer a few years back with my guild and did some of the top raids of the time. I was a beast and able to heal up myself and my team very well with some of my larger heals hitting for 25% of more of my tanks health bar. Now...my biggest heal barely touch's my own health bar even with the extra % to healing from abilities!

My question is...does anyone even go full heals or is it best to just go DPS these days?!

All healers got nerfed years ago, but Sage/Sorc are still very popular. I think numbers wise Scoundrel/Ops have the best potential, but Sage/Sorc are considered easier to master.

Sage/Sorc dps are currently bottom of the heap, though. If you want to do endgame you'll be way more popular with heals than with dps.
Stealthy heals, stealthy dps, stealthy tank.

Ah damn, no liking the bottom of the pile for DPS and feel like heals are lacking. Maybe I will just go with another character as my main and hide from healing. I like the shadow...think I have a sith jug as well...

Thanks

All the healers seem kind of balanced right now.

Sorc/Sage heals are still quite strong. Merc/Mandos heals are bursty and have nice AoE hots, while Op/Scoundrel is huge HoTs and AoE but with little burst. Sorc/Sage has nice hybrid niche. They are quite strong.
