Barnacles of the Eyeless aren't stackable so they can be looted (and rolled on) individually from Eyeless. If they were stackable, they'd drop as a stack, and thus would only be lootable as a single stack. I think most people would find that very frustrating. One change to this event that I would like to see, though, is the Exotic Plague Specimens that drop from the rotating world bosses (Shellshock, Plaguehorn and Toxxun) being made Bind to Legacy from Bind on Pickup. I can't think of any technical reason for that event currency not to be shareable (and poolable) across Legacy, especially given that the other four currencies are.
