I'm a level 52 imperial agent who just destroyed the star cabal and at illum. I purchased rise of the hutt cartel and am wondering when I should start it I'm level 52 and 51 is suggested. Also I have some questions as I usually play counsel games instead of online.

What is the purpose of utility points and how do I get more of them?

When I quit the game my screen is at normal resolution but in the upper right corner the game has the picture of where I left off. How do I get rid of this?

When I go to the imperial station my screen freezes momentarily and sometimes I go off the ledge and fall down-die if I'm on my speeder. How do I fix this?
