I've been planning for a month to transfer a character but had to finish some things with said character. Now the option has been locked for a few weeks and it's delaying most of my plans. Any ideas when it's going to be available?

I plan to transfer a character who was created with the help of a Boost... but I got quite attached to her and plan to remake her. Sadly I missed out the name changes sales... so now I have to wait.
