cfcstl
With 10 stacks build, I can use supercharge cell on myself or supercharged celerity for the group. In a boss fight, which would be more practical, my buff or the 10 second alacrity group buff? I use gunnery, I don't know if this buff is for all commandos or just gunnery. CMoray
Hey, How Supercharged Cell works depends on your discipline. It requires and converts 10 stacks of Supercharge to recharge 10 energy cells and empower your passive cell: Combat Medic: Increases healing done by 5%. While active, Advanced Medical Probe has no cooldown and cost 5 fewer energy cells. Assault Specialist:Increases periodic damage dealt by 10% and causes the next successful ranged attack on a target affected by your Incendiary Round's burn to apply Supercharged Burn to the target, which deals elemental damage. Gunnery: Increases armor penetration by 10%. While active, damage dealt by Grav Round, Demolition Round, Boltstorm, and Vortex Bolt grants Supercharged Velocity, which increases alacrity by 1%. This effect cannot occur more than once per second and can stack up to 3 times. Supercharged Celerity (All specs): Issues Supercharged Celerity to you and your Operation group members within 40 meters, increasing alacrity by 10% for 10 seconds. Having 10% alacrity on up to 8 players is a higher boost than you can reach with a personal buff. So in ops groups it has more impact to use Supercharged Celerity. If you have a Commando Healer in your group he may provide the raidbuff. Edited September 9, 2017 by CMoray
Apteryxon
It is also worth noting that groups buffs in OPS should be stacked togather with scoundrel / sage / sentinel for maximum increased output for raid so you may watch if others poped theirs in opener and stack yours with them. But if boss has an important burn phase where you have to squeeze every last bit of dps / hps it may be better to save your raid buff for later. It's best to talk about your raid's strategy before each fight
