Hello! When I'm fighting PvE enemies they sometimes got a blue bar showing up under the red one (their health I guess). What does that blue bar represent?

It means they're casting or channeling an ability. It corresponds to the enemy cast bar when you selected them. Usually those are hard hitting abilities you want to interrupt or avoid (get out of range, break line of sight or use defenses) Edited January 21, 2021 by Mubrak
