Darkcrowqq Posted September 24, 2017 Share Posted September 24, 2017 Played on date 9-22-17 all is well. Started launcher "Certificate Authentication failed contact customer support". Running windows 10, video card drivers up to date. tried some suggestions on forums, no luck. Un-installed, tried to install again, won't even let me. OwenBrooks Posted September 24, 2017 Share Posted September 24, 2017 (edited) Certificate Auth error can occur if the system date and time is vastly wrong Date and Time needs to be confirmed as correct both in the BIOS and the OS. Press the windows key and type reliability and open the reliability history and look at what has occurred recently it may lead to an answer for a cause.
