Ridiculous... I finished chapter 5 yesterday. Of course, it took Lana 20 minutes to spawn, I ran into constant invisible walls and had to wait for them to go away, cutscene dialogue took forever, etc. The whole thing took way longer than it should have but I got through it. There are always like 60 accounts online in there on each server, most of which never leave that instance.
