Poor game design:

1. I want to speak with one of you.

2. [Flirt] I want to speak with one of you.

with Theron as an on screen interlocutor, which is completely unobvious way to make a crucial RPG choice.

For me story-telling RPG experience is the key element of the SWTOR, reason to return and subscribe.

And years of character progression and companion relationships is crucial part of it.

My suggestion is to give players possibility to reset story progress from KOTFE chapter 1, including post-KOTET quests (not chaptered). Personally I'm ready to reset even not-story progress (commander levels / loot / achievements, etc) - just to shape a story in a way I want.

To be sure it's full-conscious decision for players, you should make it in the most unambiguous and obvious way - unusually colored quest / terminal in long-forgotten place / disposable menu option.
