From what I understand, there is an NPC that will allow you to respec for a fee. Where can I find this NPC?

He used to be in the capitol cities...I think the npc was moved to the fleet now. I can not be certain as I too, have been recently searching for him/her.

He's called a Skill Mentor. On Coruscant, he's behind the counter near the GTN terminals, in the commerce area underneath Senate Plaza.

 

On the Republic Fleet, he's in one of those rooms in the outer ring, I think it's the Crew Skills section.

Where is he located on the Imperial side of things?

Also, for anyone else looking for him, the NPC does not have a map symbol above his head.
