Pseudo-ninja change on item-refunding

Core problem: fragment limit is 5.000.

Goal: players must not mitigate the precious RNG factor of gearing.

Problem: a QoL change (refundable gear) implemented a long time ago made it possible to overcame this limit (yet it was not an exploit!)

Fair solution: increase limit.

Malitious solution: remove the QoL and hide it in a patch note made of approximately 200 lines.

Consequence: players can no longer try out different tacticals in a 2-hours window, neither can they undo a mistake upon exchanging gear, increasing the workload on Customer Support. Players lose tremendous ammount of fragments before they notice the change.

Affection loss on the player base: unmeasurable.

That was not what it was stopping.

OMG, if that's the case, I have to say the situation is even worse. Here is how a real program designer would have eliminated this issue: exchanged shell comes with an unidentified amplifier that is only revealed once item becomes bound.

Seriously. Removing one of the most useful QoL without giving it a second thought? Still can't believe it.

Very easily: Limit to 10,000 and offer in the Kartell Market Unlocks in 5,000 steps.

In the meantime I open the boxers only when Zykken is there. -.-

You expect such intelligence from Bioware engineers?
