started this mission and then I wasn't able to touch the panels anymore. Then they wouldn't re-spawn or become touchable. So I abandoned bonus mission thinking this would fix it and now it doesn't show anything for me to touch and others can.

UPDATE: solution was to go back to narr shaddarr and abandon the mission and pick it back up and fly back...

I just encountered this bug. Does the OP mean to abandon the entire Grand Acquisitions Race quest? I am at a point where this is becoming my only option after re-logging and waiting. My big concern here is will I loose all the other items I have acquired?

Yep. You loose all the Mission Items. If that is the "fix" then it is a terrible bug BW, particularly as the time spent finding the 6 apparatus items is extensive.

Hi Xevarin,

You should not have to abandon the mission, I would suggest to reset the mission. This will not reset your current progress and you will not lose the items you have already collected.

Once you have reset the mission try again to see if it has resolved the problem.

Let me know if this helps.

Upside is, that was a really quick reply. I had thought about submitting a ticket but I usually don't get a response within 3 days, and the event would be over by then so I tried the forums. Patience would have been prudent in this case.

Hi Xevarin,

It's no problem, I'm happy to try and help. I have some good news for you though, if you go back to Nar shadaa and pick up the mission again all of the items you have already collected will be in your mission items.

I hope that helps.
