Lazorous Posted February 10, 2012 Share Posted February 10, 2012 Are you sure you guys aren't confusing the Reactive Shield, with Heavy Armor? As far as I can tell, Heavy Armor does not make or break a lot of the incoming dmg, when there are abilities that completely ignore, or mostly ignore, armor. IE: Elemental/Internal attacks. Talents that add to armor penetration on certain abilities, etc. But when they have Reactive Shield on, that's 25% dmg mitigation for 12 seconds.
