codejoker
Hi Bioware, Playing as a Marauder. When I Force Choke a Sorcerer with a Shield up the damage is absorbed (understandable) but they aren't stunned. Is this working as intended? (The stun absorb that is) Thanks. Malice_Nihilim
sure they aren't at full resolve? I know that exact function occurs when target is at full resolve.

I can't remember ever successfully disabling a shielded sorcered with my Force Stasis.
codejoker
Cheers, I'll try and notice that next time and see if it's the cause.
Nisa
other classes stuns are absorbed without stunning by sorc/sage bubble too are you forced to go thru the channel force choke has? that'd be stupid if u do Edited January 20, 2012 by Nisa
codejoker
Nah, it was a matter of being in Huttball, tried to stun the same sorc over a fire pit about 3 times, none of them worked when they had bubble up. Could of had full resolve bar, but I'll watch for that.

Technically it's still doing "damage" to the shield, so if you've started it and they're still in range, you might as well finish it. Personally, I just started saving it until after I break the shield. I think Force Push works just fine on shielded targets.
