I follow the suggestion of another player and change to the non streaming launcher. It seemed it was doing well, but I was wrong. Game still crash or quit to desktop during loading screen, cutscene (or before starting one), and gameplay. I'm seriously thinking of not playing anymore.

Whenever you have a piece of software muck up like that, you want to do 2 things.

 

1) Check the install. Here's how to do it here - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=729911

 

2) Check your error logs. Those are in the /logs subdirectory under your game install. See if anything got dropped in there.

 

Let us know what happens please.

I checked and nothing shows up in the "logs" folder. And after I changed to the non streaming launcher, the .xfr files, the "config" folder and the "bitraider" folder are not there. Maybe I could try to reinstall the game. Edited December 6, 2016 by DanieleDurante
