Meaning being an thing basically that you can train to use and can develop to an high degree like in the prequels or an passive one that comes when you needed it but not when you want it like in the originals and the new movies except Revenge of the Sith and to an degree empire strikes back?

What kind of force its your favorite? Mine is the active one like in the prequels.

It's all good. The people in the prequels had the same capability, but they were identified early by the members of a cult and then kidnapped and forced to follow an ancient religion while also learning combat skills.

It's exactly the same, except without the hokey religion. Except that the hokey religion isn't really dead, as we saw at the end of TLJ.

Seriously, Jedi and Sith just learned to meditate and how to hone their fighting skills. Nothing special to "teach" the Force or whatever.

It is not just all good... it is all the same. There is no difference between Luke's Force and Anakin's Force. Anakin received fight training and studying. Luke is also strong in the Force, but grew up on a farm, shielded from the truth of his abilities. There's a reason he seems to be an excellent pilot and has an aptitude for mechanical things. There's a reason that he can bullseye (not just a wamprat) an exhaust vent on the his very first time flying an X-Wing. Just like Anakin blew up the droid ship when he was an 8-year-old kid who climbed into a Naboo fighter. They even make it clear when he has R2 override the autopilot.

Same darn Force doing the work. Anakin. Luke. Rey. There is no fundamental difference between any of them.
